GENERAL TERMS<\/h2>\n

No Refund for Utilised Sessions: <\/b>Clients are not entitled to a refund for any sessions that they have already utilised, regardless of whether they complete the entire package or not.<\/p>\n

Refund for Remaining Sessions: <\/b>If the client decides to discontinue the package before completing all the sessions, they will be eligible for a refund for the remaining sessions that they have not utilised. For example, if the client decides to discontinue after the 5th session of an 8-session package, they will be refunded for the remaining 3 sessions.<\/p>\n

Conditions for Refund: <\/b>The client must inform Us that they wish to discontinue the package and request a refund for the remaining sessions. The Company may require the client to provide a reason for discontinuing the package, but this is at the Company’s discretion.<\/p>\n

Refund Amount: <\/b>The refund amount will be calculated based on the cost of the remaining sessions in the package. Any fees or charges associated with the payment or refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n

Non-Transferable: <\/b>Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or account.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

TIMEFRAME FOR REFUND<\/span> <\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n

We will notify you once we\u2019ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your Credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days.<\/p>\n

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.<\/p>\n
