This refund policy provides clients with the opportunity to receive a partial refund if they decide to discontinue a package of sessions before completing all of them.
We believe that our consulting services are provided with the highest level of professionalism and expertise, but we cannot guarantee any particular results. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the advice or recommendations provided during the consultation.
GENERAL TERMS
No Refund for Utilised Sessions: Clients are not entitled to a refund for any sessions that they have already utilised, regardless of whether they complete the entire package or not.
Refund for Remaining Sessions: If the client decides to discontinue the package before completing all the sessions, they will be eligible for a refund for the remaining sessions that they have not utilised. For example, if the client decides to discontinue after the 5th session of an 8-session package, they will be refunded for the remaining 3 sessions.
Conditions for Refund: The client must inform Us that they wish to discontinue the package and request a refund for the remaining sessions. The Company may require the client to provide a reason for discontinuing the package, but this is at the Company’s discretion.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated based on the cost of the remaining sessions in the package. Any fees or charges associated with the payment or refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or account.
TIMEFRAME FOR REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your Credit card or original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet.
