In 2016, Ms. Lama was recognized as a Jordanian delegate at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit at Stanford University, hosted by former U.S. President Barack Obama. She was later selected to participate in the 2022 Fortune-U.S. program, which is part of the U.S. Department of State’s Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership.
She serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Also, she is a fellow at IMD Business School and also works on promoting digital transformation studies with a particular focus on leadership in the digital age and talent development with the necessary skills.
