Hello! I’m Dr. Areej, a psychologist, creator of the Spark Back Method, and guide for women who’ve had enough of surviving.
I help women uncover what’s dimmed their inner fire, heal from what’s holding them back, and re-create their life with clarity, faith, and personal power.

Growing up, my father was well-connected, which meant that important figures from government and business would frequently visit our home.
